MAXYMIZE Business

Hands-on training, taught by someone who runs these projects

Courses and coaching in eCommerce, self publishing, artificial intelligence tools and web development. We start from a stated goal and work on your own material, so by the end you have something published or running, not just a set of notes.

MAXYMIZE training is a set of hands-on programmes covering eCommerce, self publishing with Amazon KDP, artificial intelligence tools and web development. It is aimed at people starting an online business, professionals bringing AI into their daily work, and companies training their own teams. Every programme ends with a project under way.

The problem we solve

Online training tends to sit at two extremes: free videos explaining one feature at a time without ever forming a whole picture, and recorded courses that promise a complete method but stay firmly theoretical. Either way you end up with tidy notes and nothing started, because the hardest step is missing: getting from the lesson to your own work.

There is a real difference between learning a tool and learning to fit it into how you work. Knowing where to click inside Shopify is not the same as knowing what to sell, how to handle shipping and returns, or when a second sales channel is worth opening. The demanding part is rarely the tool itself: it is the decisions the tool forces you to make.

With artificial intelligence the gap widens. Tools change every few months, models are updated, features move around. A course built as a list of commands is out of date before it is finished. So we teach a working method instead: how to frame a task, how to check the output before relying on it, and how to spot the cases where AI is the wrong choice.

How the programmes are structured

Each programme starts from a specific goal and develops around a concrete case, yours. Sessions exist to unblock the points where people get stuck, not to fill a required number of hours.

Goal and starting point

Before anything else we clarify what you want to achieve and where you stand: a shop to open, a book to publish, a repetitive process to automate. From there we pick the topics that genuinely matter and set aside the ones that carry no weight in your case.

Foundations and vocabulary

A short block on the concepts that make everything else readable: how a selling platform reasons, what a search engine actually reads, what a useful request to an AI model looks like. Without that base, every later instruction is learned by rote.

Work on the real project

The core of the programme runs on your own material: your product pages, your manuscript, your internal processes. Whatever you build during the sessions stays yours and stays working once the programme ends.

Review and error correction

We go through what you have produced and work on the weak points: descriptions that fail to convince, covers unreadable at thumbnail size, automations that break on the first non-standard case. This is the stage where most of the learning happens.

Independence and keeping current

We close with what you need to carry on alone: where to look when something changes, how to judge a new tool without chasing it, what to keep an eye on in the first months. The programme has worked when you no longer need it.

Areas and tools covered

The tools covered in the courses are the ones we use daily in our own work. We do not teach software we have not tested on real projects.

Available programmes

Three active programmes, delivered one to one or in small groups depending on the schedule. AI for business and Vibe Coding are in preparation.

Advanced eCommerce · All levels

Building and running an online shop for physical and digital products. It covers choosing between Shopify and WooCommerce, building the catalogue, handling inventory and logistics, sales strategy and work on conversion. Suitable both for people starting from scratch and for owners whose shop has stalled.

Amazon KDP Publishing · Beginner

Publishing and selling books on Amazon, starting from the manuscript. Content creation and formatting, keyword and category research, cover design, review management and promotion. Aimed at people who have never published and want to reach a title that is actually live.

One to one coaching · Tailored

Individual sessions built around the topic you need: blockchain and crypto, Amazon FBA for digital products, running a YouTube channel, AI automation, vibe coding. Length and frequency are agreed against the goal, from a single session on one specific problem to longer ongoing support.

Frequently asked questions

Who are the courses for?

For people starting an online business, freelancers who want to use AI in their daily work, and companies training their own teams. There are no entry requirements: during the first session the programme is calibrated against your actual starting level.

Do I need technical or coding skills?

For eCommerce, Amazon KDP and AI tools, no: general confidence with a computer and a project to work on are enough. For the vibe coding programme some HTML and CSS helps, but if that base is missing we start there rather than assuming it.

How are the sessions run?

Online by video call, with screen sharing and hands-on work on your own files. Sessions are one to one or in small groups. Between meetings you get exercises applied to your project, and you can write in with the questions that stall on their own.

How long does a programme last?

It depends on the goal. A structured course spreads over several weeks, with periodic sessions and independent work in between. One to one coaching can be a single session on one specific issue or ongoing support. Duration is agreed after the first conversation.

Can a programme be tailored for a company?

Yes. We build team programmes starting from internal processes: which tasks are worth automating, which tools to adopt, how to spread the skills across people. Corporate training runs on the company's real procedures, not on examples invented for the classroom.
