We define the data model and the required integrations before writing any interface. It is the least visible part and the most decisive: a wrong data structure is paid for over years.
First usable version
We release early a version covering the core workflow, so you can use it with real data. What surfaces at this stage is worth more than any specification document.
Extension and stabilisation
We add features, roles, permissions and reporting based on actual usage. The software settles on what is genuinely needed, without features built and never opened.
Maintenance and handover
Dependency updates, error monitoring, agreed improvements. Code and documentation remain yours: you can continue with us or with anyone else.

Frequently asked questions
How much does custom software cost?
It depends on features, integrations and number of users. An application focused on a single workflow usually starts in the low thousands of euros; a complete business system with roles, permissions and reporting requires a larger effort. We quote after a free requirements analysis.
How long before we can actually use it?
A first usable version covering the core workflow typically takes four to eight weeks. Further features arrive in incremental releases, so the software goes into use while it keeps growing, rather than sitting idle until a final handover.
Does the client own the source code?
Yes. When the project ends, the code and its documentation belong to the client, with no licensing strings attached to our work. Costs for third-party services remain with the client, such as hosting, managed databases or external APIs.
Can the new software talk to the systems we already use?
In most cases yes, through APIs, webhooks or scheduled exports. We check feasibility during the initial analysis: if a system exposes no interface at all, we evaluate alternatives such as periodic data import.
What happens after launch?
Launch does not close the project. We offer corrective and evolutionary maintenance with agreed scope: dependency updates, error monitoring, new features and optimisations. The support level is defined based on actual usage.
