1. SYNAPSE: keeping a distributed device fleet under control

   Ledwalls, information screens, totems and remote units installed in different places, with a maintenance contract behind them. SYNAPSE brings into one tool what is installed, how it is doing, what has been reported and who is working on it. It runs today on two fleets of very different size, for the same client.

2. Omnia Leads Manager: the custom CRM that replaced three Excel sheets

   An electronics company with sales divisions in Italy, Spain and the United States collected its contacts in a different spreadsheet for each country. They needed one place, in three languages, that would accept their files and remember the follow-ups to make. It was built in a week in June 2025 and thoroughly overhauled a year later.

3. LeavePilot: building a product that handles employee data

   Leave, time off and remote work days are data about people, managed by the same people who hold power over their employment. A system that touches them has to work well and pass two tests: the one set by the people using it every day, and the one set by whoever in the company has to show how that data is handled.

4. CLACOROO: what publishing a desktop app really involves

   Live

   Writing a program that runs on your own computer is the short part. Getting it onto three different operating systems, so that it installs without alarming anyone and keeps itself up to date, is the work we had underestimated ourselves. CLACOROO is the product we did all of it on.

5. ADHD LifeSync: sell first, build later

   Live

   Building everything before selling anything means finding out only at the end whether the product is wanted. Here we did the opposite: first digital guides and planners on sale in an online store, for years, then the platform built on what those sales had already taught us.

6. Allestio: from a tool for one event to management software for the people who build them

   In development

   In the winter of 2026 we built a tool to follow the technical setup of a hospitality venue during a large international event: equipment, cabling, network, schedule, site photos. Once the event was over, that tool was still there. Allestio is what came out of it: management software for AV companies, agencies and exhibition builders, today still in development.
